Privacy policy

This website, paulsaunders.ai, is operated by Retro River Pty Ltd (ABN 93 140 139 055), the company through which Paul Saunders provides his services. In this policy, “I” and “me” means Paul Saunders and Retro River Pty Ltd.

What I collect

When you request a call through the form on this site, I collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your business name
• anything you choose to write in the message field

If you email me, I receive whatever you include in that email. The company that hosts this site also processes standard technical details such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver and secure the site.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see how people find it, including from search engines and AI assistants. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects details such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location and your device. It does not receive your name, email or anything you type into the form. The site does not use advertising cookies.

You can block Google Analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How I use it

I use your details to reply to your request, arrange a call and keep a record of our correspondence. When you submit the form, you also receive a confirmation email with a copy of your message.

I don’t sell your details, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

These services help run the site and deliver email:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Resend, which sends the emails the form generates
• Google, which provides Google Analytics
• ImprovMX, which forwards email sent to paulsaunders.ai addresses, and the mailbox provider it forwards to

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long I keep it

I keep your details for as long as I need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you by emailing hello@paulsaunders.ai.

If you have a concern about how your details have been handled, email me first and I’ll work to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
